CERTIFICATE I IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to function at a basic level of IT competency. It could be described as ‘the community standard in IT literacy' and may be wholly or partially used as an access and equity program. Its objective is to enable people to acquire basic IT knowledge and skills at a fundamental or foundation level. The qualification provides for basic computer skills in the workplace.

30619QLD CERTIFICATE IV IN LANGUAGE, LITERACY AND NUMERACY ASSESSMENT AND TRAINING The course has been established in response to an identified need for trainers and tutors to be skilled in delivering the language, literacy and numeracy skills training to a range of clients.
This course provides the following skills;
- knowledge and use of the National Reporting System (NRS) - use of Training Packages to determine vocational language, literacy and numeracy requirements - developing assessments in language, literacy and numeracy to suit clients or a vocation or an industry - adherence to the AQTF standards
40499SA - ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN LANGUAGE LITERACY AND NUMERACY PRACTICE IN VET This qualification provides the required learning and career pathways for specialist educators and VET practitioners in language, literacy and numeracy (LL&N). It enables teachers/practitioners to develop and enhance their skills to deliver adult English language, literacy and numeracy skill development in a VET context.

40338SA - CERTIFICATE IV IN TEACHING ENGLISH TO SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES (TESOL)
The Certificate IV in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) is a short intensive course that offers basic training in teaching English to speakers of other languages. The course is highly practical and a major emphasis will be practice teaching. Participants will work collaboratively to prepare and teach lessons, progressing to taking sole responsibility for a two-hour lesson. The Certificate IV in TESOL trains participants in basic competencies of teaching English.

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is for anybody delivering training and/or assessment as part of their role or for people new to Vocational Education and Training (VET) who require the skills, knowledge and competencies to train and assess in a VET environment. This TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.Replaces the BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training as the new industry standard for training and assessment.
LLN Programs
Course in Applied Communication Skills 30475QLD This course is designed to develop the language, literacy and numeracy skills of participants. Participants of this course will undergo an initial assessment of their skills upon enrolment and a personalised program is developed for the individual based on the results. This is a highly successful course where participants gain an increase in LLN levels, confidence, a higher employability level and ability to undertake further studies.
The Course provides a structured curriculum based on the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) the National English Language, Literacy and Numeracy learning indicators. Qualified language, literacy and numeracy providers are able to use this curriculum to teach the social, workplace and community language, literacy and numeracy skills.
