Irena Morgan is the director of MW Training Consultants Pty Ltd, a training company that delivers language, literacy and numeracy training for the Commonwealth, and director of MWTC Pty Ltd, a training company that delivers training to teachers to deliver language, literacy and numeracy training across Australia. In the capacity of director Irena Morgan has been involved in different stages of the National Training Reform on a national, state or local level in input on policy, implementation and practice.

This expertise and knowledge has been gained through experience, research and resource development in education and training over a period of many years. Not only does this provide an historical understanding of current resource development, it also enables them to refer to strategies in the past that have been successful in developing a resource suitable for the client or industry, or that enables training and education to be accessible to the cross-section of society.
